dream. i was born here. that is the way that you do it from an immigration standpoint. but there has been pushback against the governor for some of her comments saying listen, republicans have to be careful of demonizing illegals that are coming across the border. almost as if there is two different consultants in the room having two points of view there if there was one message of the governor one message. it s confusing for the american voter when you don t know where a politician stands on the issue. position we do it the right way. brian: say you are doing a bad thing crossing. don t hate the people. i think that s a little bit what she was trying to say. say you are breaking the law i get it. don t take the anger out on the people. lawrence: i don t think there is any republican primary voter that hates the people that are coming across the border. but, when you see people invading your country, when you see people that my home state of
these children should not be treated like criminals. the only way we re going to guarantee these kinds of family separation so tap it in the future is we need to repeal this law. brett: from a professional point of view, decriminalizing the illegal entry into the country, what does that do? 26 years in this business, i will tell you that our colleagues in the department over at citizenship and immigration services, they will tell you we are the most generous nation from a legal immigration standpoint. we will bring in about a legal immigrants to our ports of entry. we also process over 400 million travelers through our ports of entry. i would respectfully give anybody some caution and advise caution in doing anything that might incentivize people coming to our border other than through a legal port of entry. that is a dangerous trek, a dangerous journey and it s littered right now with criminal

a safe place where children are there to learn and to feel safe in that kind of environment. to know this happened in the circumstances that this young woman in particular fought to come to this country because of the freedoms and treasures of this nation and to think this kind of tragedy would occur to someone who personally endured that type of struggle to come to this nation is reprehensible, it is not who we are as a country, it is troubling and further to your question, the president recognizes education is a state run and local issue, but it is pause for concern, i think the city should look at its policies and i think that this is something that authorities are going to have to look at. i think from an immigration standpoint clearly there are so in facets that deserve
