Singapore approves use of IATA Travel Pass for incoming passengers from May 1
The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has welcomed Singaporeâs acceptance of pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test results on the IATA Travel Pass.
From 1 May 2021, passengers travelling to Singapore will be able to use the IATA Travel Pass to share their pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test results upon check-in with their airline, as well as on-arrival at the immigration checkpoints at Singapore Changi Airport (SIN). This is part of an ongoing collaboration between the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and IATA to facilitate seamless and efficient travel through digital certificates of COVID-19 tests.
militarized zone. if you pass through without being detected, it is challenge to get out of the el paso area. all the roads have immigration checkpoints. the railroad is monitored. the airports, of course, you would never stand a chance on taking a plane. even efforts to walk through the desert, which would be very, very dangerous, especially in the kind of heat we re experiencing right now, is very difficult. so the understanding with i.c.e. is that when you i.c.e. is the one that determines well, rather, border patrol determines whether or not someone is going to be detained or not. if they don t have the capacity, don t have the room, they ll release them on recognizance, which we believe is what should be done. we are advocates for alternatives to detention. you re getting a lot of the people you re getting are parents who have been separated from their children.
