Luay Sako, 36, is accused of murdering Ms Manno at her Mernda home in November last year, and was due to face the Melbourne Magistrates Court by videolink on Tuesday for an administrative hearing. But after a short delay, a guard at the Melbourne Assessment Prison told the court that would not be happening.
