The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has required the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism to coordinate with relevant units to inspect accommodation facilities in key tourism areas across the country.
Vietnam’s broken rice (locally known as com tam) was chosen the second place among the top 100 most tasty rice dishes in Asia by TasteAtlas, the home of local food, traditional restaurants, and authentic recipes, in March this year.
Vietnam’s tourism may attract 10 million foreign tourist arrivals this year, surpassing the target of 8 million previously set by the sector, according to deputy head of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) Ha Van Sieu.
The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) will inspect accommodation services at star-rated hotels in some localities from June to October this year.
