Northern san jose. Today the Council Agrees to start negotiating a plan to put 75 small cabins on a t at the intersection. Now, here is where it gets interesting. The buildings would be fully solarpowered, the first of its kind in our area. And, the billionaire that owns the land wants to lease it to the city for 1 a year. 1.
