Adani Road Transport Limited ( ARTL ), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Ltd, has incorporated a WOS namely, Adani Road O&M Limited ( ARO&ML ) on 7th April, 2021.
The company will undertake activities relating to the Operations, Maintenance, Tolling and other incidental activities of Infrastructure facilities including roads, highways, expressways, bridges and other infrastructure assets.
Shares of ADANI ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1163.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1225.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1817561 in over 55189 trades.
Govt to procure 50,000 metric tons of non Basmati rice

DHAKA, April 7, 2021 (BSS) – The government will procure 50,000 metric tons of non Basmati boiled rice from M/S PK Agri Link Private Ltd India with around Taka 174.66 crore in a bid to meet the growing demand.
The approval came from the 14th meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Government Purchase (CCGP) in this year held virtually with Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal in the chair.
Briefing reporters virtually after the meeting, Cabinet Division additional secretary Dr Sahida Akhter said that the meeting approved a proposal from Petrobangla under the Energy and Mineral Resources Division for procuring 33.60 lakh MMBtu LNG from AOT Trading AG, Switzerland with a cost of around Taka 243.30 crore.
