cream wars are really heating up. the owner of one ice cream truck believes the city isn t big enough for two. lindsay neilson has all of the details. reporter: that friendly sound of an ice cream truck turned mean on the streets of gloversville. police say starting an ice cream war. it is a rather unique situation. reporter: police say the gloversville, mr. dingaling would greet customers and then came aggressively loud music of snowcone joe. police say the operators of snowcone joe, 34-year-old josh malatino, and his girlfriend, 21-year-old amanda scott, were talking mr. dingaling on several different occasions on multiple city streets. one of our officers actually witnessed one of the ice cream trucks following the other ice cream truck. reporter: police say an attempt to steal away customers from mr. dingaling, malatino and scott shouted that snowcone joe ice cream was free. he had two vehicles, two ice
