Of course, no compensation could ever repair the broken hearts of a family that lost a loved one to such mindless hate. The victims of 9 11 and other terrorist acts have suffered such pain and heartacres but they should not be denied their day in court. They should not be denied their pursuit of justice. He was a relationship therapist and had lived in lake county until december. He and his wife located to marin this summer so she could receive cancer treatment. The shooting took place in an open space preserve outside fairfax. The victims car is missing along the trail head at sir Francis Drake boulevard.
