to turn garbage into gasoline. pure ethanol. brazil already operates cars on 100% ethanol. why aren t we doing that in the united states? you were the governor of a state that really relies on automobiles. is there a conspiracy in the u.s. auto manufacturing industry to keep cars only getting 20 miles a gallon? why would they want to do that? i don t zblknow. that s not consistent with where people are at. ford has four vehicles in the 40 miles per gallon over range. all the electric vehicles coming out, all the domestic auto industry, they re moving in this direction. by the way, contessa, it creates jobs too because you have to have people not just to build the cars, but to build the guts of the car, of the electric vehicles, totally different than a traditional internal combustion engine. it is that battery, which, by the way, can store other renewable energy. it is very exciting in terms of jobs and energy security, but truly making sure the people can buy these cars is criti
