Unsatisfactory ratings for robby trucking company. The most severe violations, faulty steering and breaks, resulting in 20 of the vehicles placed out of service. Inspections found vehicles were over weight. One by 17,000 pounds. Each time the company was given 120 days to fix the problem. Chp says they fixed some while other new violations occurred.
