Residents requiring nursing through march 19 of 24. The transfer of laguna honda residents was only extended until september 19 of 2023. We are and do everything we can to prepare our hospital and team for successful recertification. Our goal is to apply for and secure recertification before the september 19th date. We continue to make strides in making the nez changes in cms program. The 90 day cms survey number 3 took place in june of this year and resulted in 33 findings of noncompliance this is significant improvement from the first survey in November December of last year had 124 findings of insufficient operations. Our goal is to have all action plan mile stones completed by september first. So that laguna honda is recertification ready. That includes all mile stones related to the Monitoring Survey number throw. And mile stones related to nonmonitorings survey statements of deficiencies 2567s this are routinely received due to regular operations. The action plans for Monitoring

I know that you all have had some challenges and that things dont always run as smoothly as we like, but these three people make sure that everyone gets placed and goes through the application process. Alvin wu from japanese Youth Council makes sureveryone gets paid alawn with terry jones so with the kinks and frustrations and challenges, you see how many of you are in this space and this is only a portion of the people . These folks here kind of all by themselves with a couple other folks make sure it all happens so they have to answer all your emails and phone calls and process your applications and make sure that there is enough money for you all to get paid so i just wanted to thank them for their hard work and for getting beat up not just by me but all the parents and kids and young folks upset about their checks thank you. I think it works well within the concept, and i think that youve said this yourself. These have been very success, awful all over the city in your district and otherwise. And i understand the need to look and see how each individual operators regulating them, i think as they start to have to conform more to the city standards and have to work well with more of the departments, well see better, better behavior overall. But i think theyve been a phenomenal success. And i think this this window allows us to work with in that time frame to work with the existing operators and hopefully have maybe a few more come online.
