A five-day national training programme on basic Indian sign language was held in Mysuru, organized by the Centre for AAC & Sign Language, AIISH, in collaboration with ISLRTC, Delhi. The training aimed to bridge the gap between deaf children and teachers by educating teachers from deaf schools in sign language. Resource persons from ISLRTC, New Delhi, also participated in the programme.
