Brighton & Hove Albion Women’s goalkeeper Megan Walsh has signed a new contract until June 2023.
The 26-year-old has made more saves than any other goalkeeper in the ten-year history of the WSL, while keeping four clean sheets in her last six games.
Walsh told brightonandhovealbion.com: “I’m delighted to sign this new contract and hopefully I can help the club go from strength to strength.
“We’ve had some great results in recent weeks and we’re looking to finish the season strongly. The team spirit is fantastic, and I love working with the squad every day, especially the goalkeepers in our group.

Brighton & Hove Albion Women’s New Zealand international defender Rebekah Stott has returned to Australia for medical reasons.
The 27-year-old, who has won more than 70 caps for her country, made seven appearances for Albion having joined last summer from Melbourne City.
Stott told brightonandhovealbion.com: “I would like to inform everyone that I have returned home to Australia due to medical reasons.
“Although disappointed that I will miss the remainder of the FA WSL season, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Brighton & Hove Albion so far and wish Hope and the girls the very best of luck for the remainder of the season.
