Arrested on charges of having unlawful sex with a minor. The teacher is hugo guzman. And the police say they took him in for questioning this afternoon. After that interview, that is when they placed him under arrest with these charges. Now police are not saying if the minor was a student here at santa clara high. They are not even saying if it was one minor on several different occasions or if it was several different minors resulting in these charges. Now, Santa Clara High School did send a letter home with students, and in that letter they say he was placed on leave. Of course, he is on administrative leave, and innocent until proven guilty. And of course, police say if anybody has had contact with guzman or if they know anything about what happened, police are anxious to hear from them.
