But even as temperatures rise today, Houston is still not out of the woods.

Most of Houston has its power back as of Friday morning. But many Houstonians are still struggling without electricity, while water pressure remains low for people throughout most of the city, and still others deal with burst pipes. City government, public officials and community organizations are hosting events with food, water and supplies for people still unable to boil water.
