thanks for coming, ijust wanted to fill you in a little bit. there is a housing association interested in taking over the whole estate, buying the whole estate from pemberstone. we don t know who it is because it s very hush hush at the moment cause the negotiations are still going on. if the housing station take it on, they will take the whole estate and then they will redevelop it as they want to do. there s negotiations with a housing association to buy the estate, which offers a lifeline, but, i think, there is some talk, that they would need it as a vacant site, which means we would still have to move off. there will be talks between leeds city council and the housing association, as to how many of the houses would be allocated as social housing, and they ve managed to get that up to 40, out of the 70, and there will be a local letting company put in place so that people that live here now and have lived
