Dishes cant be done, toilets cant be flushed a problem that cant be done for roommates. Rent. Com says spring House Apartments has 354 unit, from about 1900 a month to 2500 a month. They say they are offering rent compensation, not charging residents for the time water is out. But people are frustrated, wondering if this is a maintenance issue, questioning lease terms and wondering how long itll last. Are you going to the gym or friends house . Friends house.
