Reporter the School District apparently found marijuana brownies and an arrow sol gun in that backpack and threatened to expel him. This claim was made shortly after the other incident of this nature gained significant media publicity. The other incident is this. Caught on camera at Oakland High School. Marchell mitchell throwing him out of the wheelchair because the student allegedly spit in mitchells face. The video shows it all but the School District said there is no conclusive evidence. Theyre covering it up saying you cant sight clearly. All you see marchell mitch old top me but you dont see him choking me which doesnt make sense. I can assure you weve done an investigation and she will have the chance to review the material. If she is not satisfied with our response, he can satisfy further action.
