We are asking for compliance. This is not a race to see how many we can cite. We are trying to get compliance. When the businesses close we take an incident report. Those can lead to criminal or civil action. The people that review those cases make that determination. If we have to come back, we are citing, particularly with businesses. With the individuals there has been one individual cited. As i said we put out the enforcement protocol a week ago we vetted through the city attorneys. Again we look for compliance. By and large most people when approached by a Police Officer will comply. That is what we have seen. That is the trend. There are areas that are sub born. Stubborn. If we have to use citations and enforcement that is what we will do. I want to emphasize the positive. Most people in the city have been compliant. Thank you. That concludes our press conference.
