Philadelphia was 94 degrees. 96 in allentown as well as reading, 92 in wilmington and zeal aisle city even at the shore did break 90 degrees. This was the highest heat index this afternoon. The peak of the day it was 102 in allentown, 100 in philadelphia, over the Century Point Trenton Dover even Sea Isle City beach haven hit 90 for their combination of air temperature and humidity. And theres no relief in sight. These are air temperatures. Saturday, sunday, monday mid to upper 90s.
