San francisco voters overwhelmingly rejected prop c, 81 voting no, 19 yes. Prop c would have overturned the citys ban on the sale and distribution of some ecigarettes and vaping products. Ecigarette maker juul originally sponsored this bill and then later dropped its support. Your uber or lyft rides could get more expensive. Voters approved San Franciscos prop d, 67 to 33 .
