Beacon Residents Work to Save Beloved Pizzeria

It s always the smallest business with the biggest fight in them. We all know it s been a tough year for small businesses throughout the Hudson Valley. Even though, pandemic-wise, things seem to be loosening up a little bit businesses are still struggling to get back on their feet. There are well over 25 local Hudson Valley businesses that had to close up shop because they couldn t get back up on their feet after the initial lockdown. If we could avoid that from happening, I m sure as a community we would do what we could to keep some of our favorites open, right?

2 New Vegan Business Set to Open This Spring in the Hudson Valley Back in early February of 2021, VegAdvice.com shared that 2 new vegan businesses were coming to our neck of the woods. Vegan Junk Food Café is definitely one of the more unique businesses to plant their roots in the Hudson Valley. According to their website, Vegan Junk Food is all about the mushrooms. Owners Kim and Jeff write: Our cafe is dedicated to the mushroom. Delicious plant based  items will be available on our menu. More to share soon.
