2 New Vegan Business Set to Open This Spring in the Hudson Valley
Back in early February of 2021,
VegAdvice.com shared that 2 new vegan businesses were coming to our neck of the woods.
Vegan Junk Food Café is definitely one of the more unique businesses to plant their roots in the Hudson Valley. According to their website, Vegan Junk Food is all about the mushrooms.

Our cafe is dedicated to the mushroom. Delicious plant based items will be available on our menu. More to share soon.
