Testimony from eric freins family members convince the jury not to give him the death penalty. The penalty phase begins this afternoon. The trial wrapped up yesterday. Eric frein was found guilty on all charges including capital murder, attempted murder, terrorism and weapons of mass destruction. During this penalty phase we could hear from troopers who were ambushed. Corporal Bryon Dickson was killed and alex douglas was shot. Hear from the District Attorney about this penalty phase.
