A group of neighbors in Pierce County who helped law enforcement stop a prolific car thief are sharing their relief after a judge altered a plea deal and gave him a longer sentence. Frank Kern aka 'Honda John' was sentenced to 6 years in prison after pleading guilty to several charges including auto theft and assault.
