But news reports through the past two weeks demonstrate just what Biden and his Leftist allies on Capitol Hill, Big Tech, and the Regime Media have in mind: A major surveillance operation involving not only the usual federal alphabet agencies but also private informers to designate dissidents as “terrorists” and “white supremacists;” and co-opting the private sector to punish them as in putting America First Nicholas Fuentes on the no-fly list.
Let’s start with today’s alarming news: Biden plans to pay “outside entities” to surveil social media for information about “extremist groups.” And “extremist groups” doesn’t mean Antifa and Black Lives Matter:
In search of Pelosi’s laptop, cont’d
Over the weekend I wrote about the FBI raid on Alaska’s Homer Inn & Spa in “In search of Pelosi’s laptop.” Paul and Marilyn Hueper are the proprietors of the inn. The FBI executed a search warrant and seized laptops and cell phones, apparently in search of the Pelosi laptop that was stolen from the Capitol on January 6. According to the stories I quoted in that post, the FBI copied Paul Hueper’s phone without seizing it.
The Huepers have publicized the story. They contend that it is a case of mistaken identity. I doubt that they would quite be so talkative if they had been caught with Pelosi’s laptop in their possession. However, the fact that they declined to produce a copy of the search warrant to the Anchorage Daily News the ADN interviewed the couple for its story makes me wonder what’s going on here.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s laptop, which was stolen from her office during the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol riot, has still not been recovered. As part of a lookout for the missing computer, federal agents recently served a search warrant at a boutique resort in Homer, Alaska.
According to Marilyn Hueper, one of the Homer Inn and Spa owners, agents seized their laptop computers and a cellphone on Wednesday. She said that a mobile phone belonging to her husband, Paul Hueper, was also forensically audited by agents but not confiscated, The Seattle Times reported citing AP. Homer is located about 120 miles southwest of Anchorage.

The FBI raided an Alaska woman’s home and place of work last week in search of Nancy Pelosi’s stolen laptop. However, the woman says it was a case of mistaken identity.
If you aren’t familiar with the story, Pelosi’s laptop – which was used “only for presentations” – disappeared from her office during the Capitol riot on January 6. Back in January, a woman was arrested in connection with the laptop, though it has yet to be recovered.
Marilyn Hueper, owner of Homer Inn & Spa in Homer, Alaska, said federal agents broke down the doors of her home – which doubles as a bed and breakfast – confiscating laptop computers and cell phones.
