Sometimes, a band makes such a joyful noise – such a euphoric, huge, perfect sound – that they can not only change your mood, but inform your entire world view whilst doing so. Fuck Buttons (aka
Andrew Hung and
Benjamin John Power) are one such band. They create dense, oceanic drones punctuated with playful flourishes, distorted screams, and battering tribal rhythms dusted with twinkling synth sounds; melodic noise music with a heart full of love.
