We love the november elections just a few weeks away, a coalition of community activists, including the black leadership kitchen cabinet, the Latino Coalition of Silicon Valley and people acting in Community Together are working to encourage neighbors the vote. They say that areas with low voter turnout across the county often have the highest rates of poverty. So they are creating the together. We Vote Campaign to encourage people to register to vote, to fill out and send in mailin ballots and to help educate people on the issues. They will be voting on our boats. And this coalition are powerful and they matter together, we can use them to shift the narratives about our communities, a

Cant see any of the transamerica building there in the distance. Just rounded out in this low grade that again stretches from north to south the coast to our east bay shoreline and those east bay hills going to be a similar time, a burn off as compared to yesterday, too. Individual tax reform is something that would be very challen challenging without doing a broader fiscal agreement because its not likely in a generation dumais jor tax reform and come back and address the tax code again. That led the president to the view in july while he wants to pursue comprehensive tax reform and hopes were in an environment we have a fiscal frame that permits us to make progress there, on the business side there is much more of a coming together of views. Theres kind of convergence of general approaches, if we were able to succeed we would do something very good for the economy by having the business tax rate, the statutory tax rate come down. Our average tax rate is already lower because of all the loopholes that are bringing Many Companies special benefit. But our statutory rate is one of the highest in the world. Th thats an extra burden for companies when they want to have their headquarters in the United States. Its an issue in terms of base erosion and our I
