Typically have only one door. So its very easy to trap an individual. And we have a lot of officers in the basement of different buildings. We spent a lot of time there. So its just so scary knowing that just 2 months ago, a woman reported she was raped in a School Bathroom in both cases. The victim did not want to provide a statement to law enforcement. Stanford has consistently failed to hold perpetrators accountable for these kinds of offenses. And that has led to the complete collapse of trust by survivors. We reached out to stanford to see if there are any suspects in the first case. They dont have any updates and also no suspects in this latest. Nido Police Responded to the fight sunday night on canyon one road near the russian river. Well, police found the victim 41 year old jose villa. This ya know, with several stab wounds. He died there at the scene. Now, the boys age was not released because hes a minor and he was arrested at that scene and taken to juvenile hall. Well, a man has lifethreatening injuries after he was shot at Fishermans Wharf in San Francisco. Police say that shooting happened about 11, 15 sunday night. The victims, 39 years old at this time. We dont know what led up to that shooting or any details about a possible shooter. One of the 2 brothers arrested in connection with the deaths are set. Family of 4 has now been charged with murder. Gonna was accused of kidnapping an 8 month old baby. Her parents and at all cool at gunpoint from their trucking business. Earlier this month, authorities found the bodies last wednesday in an almond orchard. If convicted, the 48 year old could spend life in prison without the possibility of parole. So battles brother alberto, who was also arrested, is expected to be charged with criminal conspiracy assessor e along with destroying evidence. Parents of parker Elementary Students and their allies started occupation in may. They were protesting the Oakland Unified School districts consolidation plan which would have closed parker elementary altogether. The school since voted to convert that campus for adult and family program. News which then led to the end of that occupation. In San Francisco, you have a group of nearly 50 residents announced that they plan to sue the owners of a highrise apartment complex. The residents were forced to evacuate this past summer after the building was flooded. Kron fours terisa stasio has that story for us. Im not here in San Francisco in front of the building and some of the former tenants talked about how this is all impacted them and why this lawsuit is so important. This is 33 to hama. It was billed as a luxury complex of many highend amenities. However, back in june, there was the first flooding impacting residents forcing them to flee. And then in august, a subsequent episode, the building was sent shutdown. Former residents say that they are out back grant money to relocate. Some say that they had personal items stolen jewelry checks that has led to identity theft. Sorry to see the second. Its hard to not get emotional about lets hear from some of the former tenants that were out here announcing this lawsuit took a further step into the hallway. We saw. Some water pouring down the emergency stairwell, which is incredibly shocking to see. And its just been incredible. And so if we can, to fast forward to interior damage unit. You know, our office was completely damage. We have what furniture are cup guy. We had to set up firms into our hallway so that water would get and to the other rooms in our were one of the residents, residents at the home up for 3 plus years. And we walked out to just go to trader joes to our Grocery Store and never been back since. Apart from all the kind of chaos and disaster that happened. What was what made us come here . And sue hines was actually the incompetency and lack of respect for the residents of the tenants say that they have tried to communicate with hines about what happened. And get some of their money back. But they have not received anything. Hence why they filed this lawsuit. The Law Firm Says that they hope to get justice for those so poorly treated in this case to something, you know, indivitual suffered emotional distress.
