A ceremony to recognize graduates from the College of Arts, Education and Humanities and the College of Business, Mathematics and Science kicked off the day’s festivities on Friday morning.
The Festival, hosted by Bemidji State University's International Student Organization, will begin at 4 p.m. in the Beaux Arts Ballroom of BSU's upper Hobson Memorial Union.
