We are also creating infrastructure at that time. We are working with the developers to make sure that the infrastructure of mission bay was going to meet the standards that uc San Francisco and the bio Tech Industry was saying in order to come here. It wasnt just one thing alone, it was a combination of many things. And investing in infrastructure at mission bay was an enormous task. Something that we had to do, public, privately because we did not have all of the money and we had to get rid of one of my favorite institutions the golfing range. As i was talking with former governor gray davis it was worth giving up. It was something ha we did right in the city and something that i continue to do is invest in infrastructure so we can have that Great Foundation because as i recall the discussions up that very crowded pernasis campus was that people needed more space and guess what . We have got that space here. But it is isnt just for a fantastic 2500 ucSan Francisco that are here, it i
[ applause ] thats right. And by the way, in the meantime alongside 7. 5 Million People being enrolled, Health Care Costs under kathleens leadership are growing at their slowest rate in 50 years. I keep on reading folks saying that arent doing anything about cost. Except what does that mean . That is because of her extraordinary leadership. Health care records are moving from dogeared paper to technology. And it is all told her work over the past five years will benefit our families and this country for deck katecaades to come. We want to thank her husband gary for his due to kansas and we have two outstanding sons ned and john who have shared their mom with us for these past five years.
