Lone wolf attack. The detonator went off but failed to set off the main charge that would have been devastating. The detonator burned people on the train car and sent passengers scrambling for cover. People were jumping over things at the train station. Jumping down. Jumping into people. I dont think you understand. That is what im trying from the higher level to the lower.
