Governor is a looky and rom any and they know him and he caters to them and he flatters them and communicates with them and the contrast between his relations with key legislative leaders and many of the rank and file and that of former governor patrick who had no prior beacon hill experience and never got beyond the chilly stage with many of the people couldnt be morestriking and its the fuel that propelled whats generally acknowledged as successful first year for the new governor. And jon over the past year we have spoken about some of the states biggest problems namely,dcf and mbta and problems that are very expensive to fix. It will be interesting to see how do you fix these and how do you pay for them. Inside the state house right now among the mass. I understand it is jammed pretty good. What do you expect to hear from the governor . Well this is his first state of the commonwealth. First i want to start with who is here. We are inside the house chambers and this is both houses of the legislature. You have the Governor Cabinet secretary. You have members of congress, yes. We understand congressman neil and congresswoman Katherine Clark are among those here. We can tell you that the Senate President is now asking for the room to kind of come to order. We are expecting to hear a lot about the accomplishments when it comes to the mbta, for instance and some of the experiences he had last winter and some of the challenges he had last winter. He is going to talk about how he could create that and and get a grip on the finances. He will log some of the successes of last year, and this is also about some of the big initiatives he wants to push forward including Charter Schools. The Charter
