Its been a fascinating experience seeing different cabinet agencies and how the different organizations work. I first want to introduce Alex Herrgott who is executive director of the public improvement counsel, fipsi. He has been in that role since september 2018. He had been serving previously as the associate director for infrastructure for counsel on Environmental Quality at the white house. Mr. Herrgott worked for senator james earnhoff in california. Right now investigators are trying to figure out how a body ended up in the falmouth harbor. According to the cape cod times, a worker in the marina spotted the body this morning. The Fire Department dive team pulled it from the water and we reached out to police for details. A level 3 sex offender is accused of sexual assaulting an under age girl. Police say he met the through an app and brought her to st. James cemetery in whitman yesterday, where he raped her. Fox 25 Robert Goulston is live in whether itman and, robert, this guy is married and was wearing a gps monitoring device when he was arrested . Yeah, his name is Charles Lovejoy and he has been in trouble for sexual assaulting a child before, in fact, he is out of jail on probation right now, for that crime. The youngest ever placed on massachusetts most wanted. The teenager is wanted for shooting a man in fall river and now they believe he pulled the trigger again. Fox 25s bob ward is here now and bob, detectives took you to the scene today, detailing how it all went down. The reporter this suspect is 16 years old now, but he was 15 when he allegedly shot and killed a man not only that, but while jayden smith was wanted for this murder, Police Believe he tried to shoot someone else in new bedford, just a knew weeks ago. Thats few weeks ago. Thats why right now, jayden smith is the latest addition to the Massachusetts State Police most wanted list. This is jayden smith, 16 years old, and already, one of the states most wanted fugitives. Hes wanted for a cold blooded murder that took place right here on plain street in fall river on july 11th
