time. do you believe that the obama administration is reacting to the pressure that was raised by donald trump early on in his campaign? well, i think, ayman, first of all, my hope is the president doesn t allow this to happen. right. but yeah. i mean, trump has spooked everybody. he has spooked the country. you know? when he talks about deporting millions of people, when it s impractical, when it s inhumane, yeah, i mean, i think he s changed the political tempo on immigration so that there is absolutely no chance that immigration reform will happen next year. he stoked up a lot of anger, a lot of inhumane feelings about refugees and immigrants and i think the victims are these children. these women. they re fleeing political persecution in central america. president obama won nearly 70% of the hispanic vote back in 2012. if he does go ahead with these
different candidates running against donald trump. but i see no organized difference at all. mitt romney has been called by dald trump, he s a nice guy and a loser. that creates a bitterness, don t you think? i don t think mitt has a bitter bone in his body. i ve never heard him say that. it s like sports. everybody thinks you could have done better. it s natural. it s what you should expect. what about people who say we worked so hard to get the hispanic vote back, worked hard to get the female vote back. even though donald trump s numbers are high, it hurts the party for him to be the nominee. i don t think he will be the nominee. i m not even convinced he s he ll gb to the ballot in iowa and new hampshire. with the number two guy i don t think it will stay. one of the real differences this year, iowa caucus is not until the first of february. before it was right after the new year. we have all of january to focus on this race.
country. send me a law that gives them the chance to earn their citizenship. i will sign it right away. danny, doesn t this give president obama a leg up on the gop in the general election? well, president obama did very well with the hispanic vote back in 2008 and the congressman is right. generally, they are more conservative than liberal. unfortunately, my party has not done a great job in communicating with that demographic of the population. i think immigration situation has led to a really rankerous negative party that we need to get bas because from a values perspective, even policy perspective, hispanics have a home with a republican party. the dream act is one of those things we ought to be able to find common ground on. both newt gingrich and mitt romney the military aspect, they would sign into law right away. i think in general, we know the
