A 3 feet setback as i understand they said the light rail, the existing light rail is opening to the bathroom, not to a living space, but to a bathroom. I understand the importance to a bathroom, but its not as important as other living space. They are also concerned about the privacy during construction for the light well. We will do some kind of work to block, to protect their privacy. We definitely can do something about that. And the parking, they are concerned about the parking. Parking always has been an issue in san francisco. No matter where you live. Yes, the project may bring some parking issue, but thats not the point of the project. And one last thing i want to emphasize is we are not changing any sun part to their garden because the sun rise from the yard and they get sunlight most of the day.
