Observing that the right to health and breathe and the right to heritage and culture have to be harmonised and balanced, the Delhi High Court has observed that green areas are the lungs of the city.
The Delhi High Court on Thursday expressed concern over unauthorised encroachments and constructions of religious structures which are not protected by statutory authorities inside the forest land.
