Near silver and somerset ending with a dump truck on its side spilling its load over the silver avenue overpass on the highway. Janet caught up to someone would saw it unfold. Tow truck has just arrived to haul away the dump truck and begin the process of cleaning up. It is key office here. San Francisco Police say the driver of the dump truck was driving eastbound on silver avenue. It hit several parked cars. At somerset and silver, one car flipped near a house.
