Crumbling and that caused part of the backyard of a house to fall right on to the beach below. The yards of two neighboring homes are also being under mined and work is now underway to stabilize the cliff. The homes are located on palm meadow avenue. They are declaring a state of emergency. The pounding waves are causing part of the sea wall to crumble. You can see the damage to the railing and the sidewalk there.
