Any arriving passengers who have recently been in the west african nations hit hardest by ebola could be hospitalized or quarantined up to 21 days whether sick or not. This comes as a new Jersey Health care worker has just tested negative for ebola. She was part of a group who faced a mandatory quarantine yesterday after arriving in newark from west africa.
