wrong. new developments of a missing german shepherd. the owners maintain the dog trainer they hired never returned their dog. instead, gave them a different dog. tonight, new complaints from multiple owners who used the same trainer and said their dogs were returned in poor conditioning. hilda gutierrez has an update. reporter: yeah, six additional clients came forward saying they used the same dog trainer, and they said the pets were returned but said they were not trained, filthy and traumatized. there is a missing dog case that has a palo alto woman disstraight reporter: that was an eye opener when the same dog trainer she fired is being investigated. we found out, this is crazy shefr she never got her dog back and i find out it s her, and i m like, my mind is blown right now. reporter: she says she is great murphy was returned but felt she needed to report her experience to the redwood city police department. he was emaciated. he was dirty. like, i saw he
