I am Chris Wallace of fox news and i welcome you to the first of the 2020 president ial debates between President Donald Trump and former President Joe Biden. The commission has designed the format six roughly 15 minute segments for the first candidate to open and open discussions for the rest of each segment. Both campaigns have agreed to these rules. For the record, i decided to the topics and questions in each topic. I can assure you none of the questions have been shared with the commission or the two candidates. This debate is being conducted under health and safety protocols designed by the Cleveland Clinics serving as the Health Security advisor to the commission for all debates. As a precaution both campaigns have agreed that the candidates will not shake hands at the beginning of tonights debate. Someone snuck into his house. I went in the jewelry box to get it. It was a credit card. He didnt care about that but the two rings he had given to his wife. Anniversary ring i had given her with our first wedding anniversary. Gone. We were taken advantage of. Police dont know who is behind the theft. The workers insurance carriers all cleared. Then this video surfaced. A man graves doesnt know who had used that stolen credit card in north philadelphia. And this is where his faith in people can be redeemed. Id like him to say yeah, this is a person that used this card, i know this person. Is that likely, no. Police are hoping somebody knows this guy and kill tell them his name.
