Highland County commissioners Terry Britton, David Daniels and Brad Roades shared their concerns about a grant-funded project for a new MARCS tower that they said has “stalled” and made several approvals including one for the new Marriott Hotel project in Hillsboro during a nearly two-hour meeting Tuesday, Oct. 24.
