'Stalled' MARCS tower project revisited; commissioners OK Marriott Hotel contract

Highland County commissioners Terry Britton, David Daniels and Brad Roades shared their concerns about a grant-funded project for a new MARCS tower that they said has “stalled” and made several approvals — including one for the new Marriott Hotel project in Hillsboro — during a nearly two-hour meeting Tuesday, Oct. 24.
