A new housing scheme of the Delhi Development Authority has seen nearly 46,500 applications within the first three weeks of launch.
Under the new scheme, 1,354 flats across Jasola, Dwarka, Vasant Kunj and Rohini are on offer. The flats vary across categories from EWS, LIG (Low Income Group) to MIG (Middle Income Group) and HIG (High Income Group) based on prices.

New Delhi: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Saturday (January 2) launched a new housing scheme, with 1,355 flats on offer, mostly in the High-Income Group (HIG) and Middle-Income Group (MIG) categories. The flats for sale are at Dwarka, Jasola, Manglapuri, Rohini and Vasant Kunj localities of the national capital.
The scheme is completely online through DDA s newly developed AWAAS software, from the processing of the application to possession of flats, a senior official said.
