Breaking news in union city, where a toddler has been struck and killed by a car in the parking lot of the safeway on dakota road. In just the last few Minutes Police sent us a news release about the incident, which happened this afternoon. They say the 23monthold boy ran out into the parking lot from a store where his parents were shopping. The driver was not speeding and is cooperating with police.
