The Delhi High Court is hearing a plea by Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal who has challenged his March 21 arrest by the ED and subsequent remand in connection with the Delhi excise policy case.
The High Court said that mixing of the distinct facts and questions does not give a fair opportunity to the accused to explain the circumstances and this may vitiate the trial.
