Youngbin Park has been appointed VP, Lodging Investments at Avistone, LLC in San Diego

A 15-year-plus lodging investment veteran, Park has overseen more than $1.1 billion in hotel acquisitions through institutional investment funds and joint ventures. In his new role, he will lead Avistone s efforts to expand the company s hotel investment portfolio. Prior to joining Avistone, Park held increasingly important roles with well-respected organizations such as Hersha Hospitality Management, Brookfield s Thayer Lodging Group, Trimont Real Estate Advisors and Silverpeak Real Estate Partners. He received his Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration/Management from Cornell University s School of Hotel Administration.

A 16-year hospitality veteran, Heo joined Donohoe Hospitality Services in 2020 from PM Hotel Group where she served as vice president of sale and marketing. During her tenure with Donohoe, she has played an active role in talent acquisition and providing strategic guidance and mentorship to the company s sales leaders. Additionally, she has supported efforts to pursue major group contracts, as well as maximizing the use of technology and brand tools to effectively monetize the business. She has experience in full-service, upscale boutique, specialty select and extended-stay properties.
