BREAKING: Man Recovered From Collapsed Two-Storey Building In Lagos

A two-storey building with a penthouse has collapsed in the Ebute Metta area of Lagos. The building located along Herbert Macaulay Way in Ebute Metta collapsed around 9.30 am on Friday. Three persons are suspected to be trapped in the rubble, the Lagos Territorial Coordinator, National Emergency Management Agency, Ibrahim Farinloye, said in a statement on Friday. He said the Lagos Building Control Agency had issued several evacuation notices for the occupants of the building to move out.

The body of a middle-aged woman has been recovered from a two-storey building with a penthouse that collapsed in the Ebute Metta area of Lagos. This comes shortly after the remains of man were recovered from the rubble of the collapsed building. The building located along Herbert Macaulay Way in Ebute Metta collapsed around 9.30 am on Friday.
