A two-storey building with a penthouse has collapsed in the Ebute Metta area of Lagos. The building located along Herbert Macaulay Way in Ebute Metta collapsed around 9.30 am on Friday. Three persons are suspected to be trapped in the rubble, the Lagos Territorial Coordinator, National Emergency Management Agency, Ibrahim Farinloye, said in a statement on Friday. He said the Lagos Building Control Agency had issued several evacuation notices for the occupants of the building to move out.
